Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean & rinse salmon and bell peppers, then pat them dry afterward.
Heat a large pan on a medium-high setting, then add olive oil.
Season salmon with Trader Joe's Salmon Seasoning Blend.
Finely chop the bell peppers & sweet onion.
Add the onions to the heated pan, then saute for 2 minutes.
Add the salmon to the pan and sear for 4 minutes on each side. Then, begin flaking the salmon apart.
Add the bell peppers to the pan, mix with the flaked salmon, and saute for 5 minutes. Lightly season with blackened seasoning.
Melt the garlic & herb butter in a small pan on low heat.
Slice the rolls in half, then brush the melted butter onto a baking sheet and the cut side of the bottom halves of the buns.
Once the salmon and veggie mix is done cooking, evenly spread it over the cut side of the bottom halves of the buns.
Evenly spread the shredded cheddar cheese over the salmon mix.
Cover with the top bun half, then brush the remaining butter on top of the buns.
Bake the sliders for 12 minutes. Try not to bake any longer to avoid overcooking the salmon and burning the bread.
Once done, let them cool for 3 minutes, then cut them to separate before serving.
Enjoy with a side of fries or any side of your choice.
