Bring 2 quarts of water in a pot to a boil for the pasta.
Clean and rinse the salmon and bell peppers, then pat them dry.
In a bowl, season the salmon with the following:1 tsp onion powder1 tsp blackened seasoning1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cajun seasoning1 tsp old bay seasoning1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp jerk seasoning Place the seasoned salmon in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes (optional).
Chop the bell peppers and white onion.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add the salmon to the pan, then sear for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
In a large pot, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes.
Add heavy cream, 1 tsp of the same seasonings listed above, 1 tbsp jerk seasoning, and salt to the pot. Stir until well combined.
Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, then add the cooked pasta. Mix the pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
Reduce the heat to low and let the pasta cook for an additional 5 minutes.
