Preheat oven to 375℉ degrees.
Clean the whole chicken wings by washing them with salt and distilled water. Let them sit in the water for 15 minutes.
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Pat the chicken wings dry, then place them in a large bowl. Season the wings with the following spices, ensuring they are evenly coated:1 tsp Black pepper1 tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning1 tsp Chili powder1 tsp Onion powder1 tsp Salt1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Blackened seasoning1 tsp Smoked paprika Once the oil is heated, add a few wings to the pot and cook for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining wings. After cooking, transfer the wings to a clean pan and let them cool.
In a small pot, combine the hot honey, butter, and hot sauce. Simmer on low heat until the sauce is melted.
Once the wings have finished cooking, place them in a large bowl with a lid and pour the hot honey sauce over them. Secure the lid tightly and shake the bowl until all of the wings are fully coated.
Place the coated wings onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, ensuring they are evenly spread out. Pour any excess sauce over the wings before putting them in the oven.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken wings from the oven and enjoy with a side of ranch or bleu cheese dressing!
