- 1 ½ tbsp blackened seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 tsp black pepper

Clean the shrimp by removing the devein, then rinse them thoroughly in a bowl.
Rinse the romaine lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pat the shrimp dry, then toss them in a bowl with blackened seasoning, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Add the shrimp to the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, being careful not to overcook them.
Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a small bowl and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, croutons, red onion, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
Toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated.
