Salmon Sliders Recipe
Welcome to the very first recipe on my blog! There’s no better way to kick things off than with a dish that’s packed with flavor, easy to make, and perfect for any occasion—Salmon Sliders. These bite-sized delights combine salmon’s rich, savory taste with fresh toppings, making them a crowd favorite for gatherings or a simple weeknight treat. Whether you’re a seasoned salmon lover or new to cooking, this recipe will inspire your taste buds. Let’s dive in and make some magic in the kitchen!
I first made these salmon sliders over the summer while hanging out at the pool with friends. We loved them so much that they immediately asked me to make them again!
Type of Salmon?
I used ½ lb of fresh Atlantic Farm-Faised Salmon from Aldi’s, a local grocery store, but you could also use frozen or canned salmon if you don’t have fresh salmon. For this salmon sliders recipe, use a 12-ct pack of dinner rolls. I recommend the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls, but you could also use regular dinner rolls.
Trader Joe’s Salmon Seasoning Blend
For this recipe, I used Trader Joe’s Salmon Seasoning Rub, which truly elevates the salmon’s flavor. It’s my go-to seasoning because it delivers perfect seasoning without needing anything extra. I highly recommend it for effortless, flavorful salmon every time.
Occasion?
Salmon Sliders would stand out as an appetizer but could also serve as a main entree. This could be made for Super Bowl watch parties, game nights, picnics, baby showers, and birthday or holiday parties. Lastly, these salmon sliders are perfect for weekly meal prep due to their ease and quick preparation.
What to serve on the Side?
You can pair these yummy salmon sliders with a side of fries, onion rings, salad, or tater tots.
