If you’re looking for an easy yet elevated seafood pasta recipe, this lobster and salmon pasta is the perfect dish to try. I made this yesterday, and it turned out rich, comforting, and packed with flavor—yet simple enough to recreate at home. Sun-dried tomatoes are my favorite pasta add-in, so I always include them when I make pasta.
This lobster and salmon pasta recipe features tender seafood paired with sun-dried tomatoes, white onion, shallots, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, and a bright splash of lemon. The combination creates a balanced sauce that’s savory, slightly tangy, and incredibly satisfying. Simple seasonings let the lobster and salmon shine, while the aromatics add depth and warmth to every bite.
What I love most about this dish is how versatile it is. It’s elegant enough for a date night or special occasion, but easy enough for a cozy weeknight or weekend dinner. If you enjoy buttery seafood pasta recipes, salmon pasta dishes, or lobster pasta ideas, this meal is guaranteed to become a favorite.
