Hello! It’s been such a busy summer for me that, unfortunately, it resulted in my abandoning my food blog. I hope you guys enjoy this easy and delicious Salmon Caesar Salad recipe, which I made this weekend. I am officially back to posting weekly recipes, so stay tuned for more cravings.

Salmon Caesar Salad
Equipment
- Air-fryer optional
Materials
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2½ cups chopped romain lettuce
- ½ cups chopped red onion
- 1½ cups shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- ¼ cup caesar dressing
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp blackened seasoning
Instructions
- Clean salmon fillets and romaine lettuce, then pat dry afterwards.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, blackened seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned salmon into air fryer, then cook at 385℉ for 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce, chopped red onion, shaved parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt. Add caesar dressing, then mix altogether.
- Top your dressed salad with cooked salmon fillet and croutons.
- Enjoy!
