Materials

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • cups chopped romain lettuce
  • ½ cups chopped red onion
  • cups shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ¼ cup caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp blackened seasoning

Instructions

  • Clean salmon fillets and romaine lettuce, then pat dry afterwards.
  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, blackened seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place seasoned salmon into air fryer, then cook at 385℉ for 15 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce, chopped red onion, shaved parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt. Add caesar dressing, then mix altogether.
  • Top your dressed salad with cooked salmon fillet and croutons.
  • Enjoy!
